At Elements Salon, we understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we have a cancellation and no-show policy in place.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the original booked service fee.
• Late Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are considered late cancellations and will also incur a charge of 50% of the original booked service fee.
This policy ensures we can accommodate all of our clients effectively and maintain the high-quality service you expect from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid charges.
At Elements Salon, a deposit is required to secure your hair extension service. The deposit amount will be applied toward the cost of your extension appointment. This policy allows us to prepare for your service, including ordering custom hair if needed, and ensures a seamless experience tailored to your needs.
