Here at Elements, we look for a little deeper than just your credentials. We are looking for people who can blend in with our team, share our drive & culture alike for both team members and guests. Stylist who can make guests feel welcome. Over all we are looking for those who choose to laugh, encourage and boost one another.

Education

We offer in-salon education (at least once a year, setting up for twice a year for 2024) with at least one paid hour weekly set for virtual education.

Hybrid Pay
This allows for every level of stylist to benefit. You as the stylist new to the industry and growing your clientele or seasoned with a bountiful guest list, will be compensated for your time. Then on top of your Hourly base wage, you will compensated for your experience and productivity with service and product sales commissions. Bonuses that come with hanging out with us for a bit include paid time off, 401K options and whatever else we may come up with. This industry is everchanging and we intend to keep up to keep our team feeling appreciated and valued.
As well as Total transparency of your hard work, this means twice a year you will sit down with me (Danielle) to go over "the books" you'll see exactly what you're making within the salons profits. If you're a numbers nerd like me, this is SO fun. It is also a way to ensure you know exactly where all your hard work is going.
